Welcome to QIANMIAO PEPTIDE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website qmpeptide.com and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Products & Permitted Use

QIANMIAO PEPTIDE manufactures and supplies peptide raw materials for:

• Scientific research and development
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing (with proper licensing)
• Cosmetic formulation and manufacturing
• Laboratory testing and analysis
• Educational and academic purposes

Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You will use the products only for lawful purposes permitted under applicable laws
• You have the necessary licenses, permits, and authorizations required in your jurisdiction
• You will not resell products for human consumption or therapeutic use
• You will comply with all applicable import/export regulations

Restricted Uses

Our products may NOT be used for:

• Direct human or animal consumption (unless properly formulated by licensed entities)
• Clinical trials without proper regulatory approval
• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resale as finished pharmaceutical products without proper licensing

Ordering Process

Quotation & Order Placement

Orders are processed as follows:

1. Request Quote: Submit your product requirements via our contact form, email, or WhatsApp
2. Quotation: We provide a detailed quotation including pricing, specifications, and delivery terms
3. Order Confirmation: Upon acceptance, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI)
4. Payment: Complete payment according to agreed terms
5. Production & QC: Products are manufactured and quality-tested
6. Shipping: Products are dispatched with full documentation

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by QIANMIAO PEPTIDE. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized use
• Inability to verify buyer credentials
• Export control restrictions

Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product category. Standard MOQs are:

• Research peptides: 100g
• GLP-1 peptides: 50g
• Cosmetic peptides: 100g
• Custom synthesis: Case-by-case basis

Pricing & Payment

Pricing

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Shipping, customs duties, and taxes are additional unless included in quote

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Wire Transfer (T/T)
• Western Union
• PayPal (for orders under $1,000)
• Letter of Credit (L/C) for large orders

Payment Terms

• New Customers: 100% prepayment before production
• Established Customers: 30% deposit, 70% before shipping (qualification required)
• Credit Terms: Available for qualified customers with established history

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options:

• Express: DHL, FedEx, UPS (3-7 business days)
• Air Freight: For larger shipments (5-10 business days)
• Sea Freight: For bulk orders (20-40 days)

Shipping Terms

• FOB or CIF terms available
• Cold chain shipping for temperature-sensitive products
• Full documentation provided (COA, MSDS, invoice, packing list)

Delivery Risk

• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier
• We provide shipment tracking for all orders
• Insurance available upon request (recommended)

Returns & Refunds

Quality Issues

If products do not meet specifications:

• Report issues within 7 days of receipt
• Provide COA or testing results showing non-conformity
• Retain samples for verification
• We will replace or refund confirmed quality issues

Non-Quality Returns

Returns for reasons other than quality issues are subject to:

• 15% restocking fee
• Buyer pays return shipping
• Products must be unopened and in original condition
• Prior authorization required

Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 10 business days of approval
• Refund method matches original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error

Product Warranty

We warrant that our products:

• Meet the specifications stated in the Certificate of Analysis (COA)
• Are manufactured in accordance with GMP standards
• Are properly packaged for transport and storage

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper storage or handling
• Products past their stated shelf life
• Products modified or misused by buyer
• Results from downstream formulation or processing

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data
• We are not liable for any use of products contrary to intended purposes or applicable regulations

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our products, website, and materials remain our property:

• Trademarks, logos, and brand names
• Website content, design, and code
• Product documentation and technical data
• Manufacturing processes and know-how

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or related transactions shall be resolved through:

1. Negotiation: Good faith discussions to resolve the matter
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, through appointed mediator
3. Arbitration: Finally, through China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC)

The language of arbitration shall be English and Chinese.
